I’m an IT portfolio and delivery leader with more than 20 years of experience working across projects, programs, portfolios, and technology initiatives.
My career has taken me through IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development and deployment, healthcare technology, business process improvement, company integration, and organizational transformation. Today, I lead IT portfolio and delivery management for a global data center organization, where much of my work focuses on portfolio governance, demand management, strategic prioritization, executive visibility, and the evolution from regional ways of working toward a more coherent global operating model.
Across those experiences, I’ve developed a particular interest in what happens between strategy and execution. Organizations rarely suffer from a shortage of data. The harder problem is identifying what leaders actually need to know about priorities, work, constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs—and turning that information into better decisions.
I’ve also developed a strong bias toward practical governance: enough structure to create clarity and accountability, but not so much that process becomes an obstacle to delivering value.
Outside of my corporate work, I’m deliberately exploring what the next chapter of my professional life might look like and the ideas I want to spend more time thinking, writing, and talking about.
