Better decisions start with seeing what’s actually happening.

I work at the intersection of IT transformation, portfolio governance, and strategic execution—where priorities, work, constraints, and tradeoffs need to become visible enough for leaders to make informed decisions.

The problem I’m interested in

I’ve become particularly interested in the information gap between strategy and execution: what does leadership need to know about what’s actually happening across an organization to make good decisions?

Better reporting isn’t the answer by itself. But when leaders can see priorities, demand, dependencies, constraints, and tradeoffs more clearly, they have a much better foundation for addressing the organizational problems underneath them.

What I’m working on

Today, I lead IT portfolio and delivery management in a global data center organization. My work includes portfolio and demand governance, strategic prioritization, executive visibility, and helping evolve historically regional ways of working toward a more coordinated global IT operating model.

That work builds on more than 20 years across projects, programs, portfolios, technology delivery, and organizational change.

I’m particularly interested in comparing perspectives with people working on portfolio governance, IT transformation, strategic execution, and the organizational challenges between strategy and results.
